The Villa dates back to the XV century when it belonged to a powerful and rich merchant family.
Its location is superb overlooking valleys of the Chianti hills and it has been brought back
to its original splendor thanks to an excellent architectural restoration that blends in with
the natural harmony of the Tuscan landscape.
The villa is furnished with antique pieces and offers accommodation for 11 people in 6
comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. There are panoramic sitting rooms,
a dining room with a spacious table and fine hundred-year-old fireplaces. The kitchen is
equipped with modern features. There is a laundry, pantry and store room. The floors are
terra-cotta tile. There is also a safe, an alarm system, satellite TV, and a stereo system.
The outdoors offers a lovely garden and a beautiful large swimming pool with changing room
and shower. Nearby is an outdoor barbecue with a picnic table tucked into a shaded area.
Wine and olive oil, locally produced, are available for sale from the owners that live
in a separate cottage.
