The house is located in the Arno Valley south-east of Florence amongst cool forests only a
few kilometres away. It has a great location with a lovely view of the countryside fully
immersed in the peaceful nature of Tuscany. The nearest town is 1mile and a half and it is
10 minutes drive to Florence.
Through a centralized gate one passes the first portion and arrives to the portion for rent.
The Villa was renovated in full respect of typical Tuscan country houses while bathrooms and
kitchen follow a most modern criteria to guarantee all comforts.
The house is brand new with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms:
On the ground floor there is a Master bedroom with a king bed with en-suite bathroom and big
shower, closed and A/C. On the same level there is another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a
fan on the ceiling. There is a private bathroom for this room. There is a great laundry room
with washer and dryer and another bathroom with shower. A flight of stairs takes you to the
first floor where there is 1 double room with Italian king bed (matrimonial) and another room
with 2 twin beds. All rooms have fans on the ceiling. There are 2 bathrooms brand new with
marble and showers. There is a living room-dining room with the fireplace and screened windows
and great views. There is also a small library room with satellite TV. The furniture is
contemporary and yet warm and tasteful. The kitchen is a great area with all amenities from
American Coffee machine, microwave, dishwater, big refrigerator and freezer.
From the kitchen a French door opens to the back of the property where there are a table with
chairs and barbeque for outdoor dining.
The garden has olive trees, some young and some old cypress trees and lots of fruit trees.
It is on a 2acre property with a very panoramic swimming pool.
Rate for 2009 (Saturday to Saturday):
Low season: Euro 8.900,00
High season: Euro 9.850,00

4 bedroom, 5 bathrooms, A/C in 3 bedrooms, ceiling fan in one bedroom.
Included in the rate: Utilities (electricity, gas, water); one set of linens and towels per person.
Cleaning 2hrs Monday thru Friday; Laundry service operated with the assistance of housekeeper.

Not included in the rate: Final cleaning, heating and telephone-internet are metered separately and payable to the owners.
