The three Villas country houses are built from old stone and are located 500 meters above sea level and 7km from Citta' di Castello in Umbria.
The property enjoys a magnificent view over the Val di Tevere valley, famous for its dramatic rolling hills often seeing as a backdrop in Umbrian Masters such as Piero della Francesca.
The atmosphere is pastoral and very tranquil and it is the ideal place for family reunions, activities and day trips to nearby towns such as Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Deruta, Bevagna, etc.
Todi and Spoleto are 1hr drive. The nearest airport is Florence 1hr.30. Rome is about 3.5hr drive.
VILLA SAN VENTURA
Sleeps 8 guests (up to 12)
The stone Villa is about 300square meters, it is furnished with care and style, terracotta floors and beamed or vaulted ceilings. It was recently refurbished with modern comforts and boasts family antique furniture.
On the ground floor there is a big kitchen with fireplace and all modern amenities (4 flames stove, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and American coffee machine).
There is a dining room with open gallery, and a large living room with 2 sofas (that can accommodate 2 single beds) and one bathroom with shower.
There is a Loggia for outdoor eating overlooking the private garden.
A large entrance room with stairs leads to the first floor.
On the first floor there is another living room with sofa beds (can accommodate 2 single beds) and 4 bedrooms:
Camera Lavanda (two twin beds)
Camera Il Roseto (one king bed)
Camera L'Edera (one king bed)
Camera Genziana (2 big double beds)
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with tub on this floor.
The small terrace opens directly onto the private garden.

The property is rented as a solo property (The Villa and 2 other Villas for exclusive use) And-Or individually.

Special Offer: for reservations received by December 2008 we will provide a 5% discount.
Included in the rate: Utilities (water and gas) and one set of linens and towels per person.
Not included in the rate: Heating, electricity metered separately and payable to the owner - telephone and final cleaning. Internet access can be arranged.
Additional cleaning hours, towels change, babysitting and cook are available at a fee and payable locally. Must be requested ahead of time in order to reserve the personnel.
Small grocery shopping service available on your day of arrival. The service must be booked in advance. Please enquire for more details.
Security deposit required payable in cash directly to the owners' representative. Please enquire at time of booking.
