All rates are weekly unless otherwise stated.
Some residences may be available for short stays. Please enquire.
A rental car allows you to enjoy the freedom of your independent vacation.
Weekly Rental
All rentals start on Saturday. Check in between 4-7pm and check out the
following Saturday before 11am. Rates are in Euros and are subject to
current exchange rate at time of booking. You can pay in US $ but as the
exchange rate fluctuates your balance may be subject to final adjustments.
It is standard procedure to hand in the security deposit in cash at time of arrival to the owner or the owner's representative, and it will be returned the day of your departure — deducting any damages for breakages, and other expenses such as final cleaning, telephone, heating or utilities costs not clearly included in the weekly rate. Please enquire to learn about details at time of booking.
Weekly rates generally include: Utilities (water, electricity and gas). One set of linens and towels per person changed weekly. Additional changes may be arranged at a fee and paid locally.
Rates do not include: Telephone, final cleaning. Additional cleaning hours, babysitting and cook that may be available at a fee and payable locally.
