This is an ideal Villa on a hill top with incredible views. It is immersed in the country side
fenced in with private gate ensuring total privacy. It is suitable for a large family or a group
of friends looking for a great location.
The Villa is close to the village of Certaldo with small shops, a supermarket, a bank and a
pharmacy. It is halfway to Siena and Florence and many other typical hill towns.
The Villa was recently restored and it is decorated with antique terracotta floors and grey
stone (pietra serena) typical of aristocratic buildings of the bygone era. There is a special
warm atmosphere in the use of beautiful textiles and in the choice of wall colors.
The villa extends over three floors:
On the ground floor, there is a big living room with comfortable sofas, another room with a
TV, a grand dining room with a table to sit 18 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with French
windows that open onto the garden. On this floor there is one double bedroom with bathroom and
shower, a laundry room and a Powder room. On the first floor, there are 7 double bedrooms, each
one with private bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the top floor where there is a double
bedroom with private bath and 2 great panoramic small terraces.
The villa is equipped with washing-machine, dishwasher, TV. There is private parking, a pool
and a garden with chairs and tables for outdoor dining.
The property is rented as a solo property.
