The farm is located near the quiet village of Marcialla which is in the heart of the Chianti region, well known for its winemaking tradition and olive oil production.
It is between Florence and Siena, only a short distance from the villages of Tavarnelle, Certaldo and Barberino Val d'Elsa along one of the most beautiful and panoramic areas of Tuscany.
The property is a working farm and the owners have restored 6 apartments which are available for rent with true love and care. There is about 1km of white road but the guests is rewarded by warm hospitality and a magnificent setting.

There are 6 exclusive apartments available for weekly rent and short stays off season for 2 to 4 guests. They can be rented individually or all units for large parties. They have been recently renovated, each one is different from the other and they are decorated with Tuscan furniture yet some have contemporary details that make them really unique.
The apartments are equipped with modern comforts: air conditioning, heating system, satellite LCD TV with SKY channels, cordless telephone with direct line, safe, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. to make your stay in this old historic corner of the Chianti region unforgettable. The outside area of each unit is equipped with wrought iron small table and chairs.
The property is surrounded by stone walls, olive orchards and vineyards as they also produce excellent wine and olive oil. It is possible to arrange a private tour of the cellar and learn about the wine making and aging process. The owners arrange for private tasting, as well as they allow to participate in the grape and olive harvesting.
The outdoors offers a lot of amenities such as a marble pool with infinity edge (20x8m) which enjoys a great view on the surrounding hills, comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxation, barnyards built with handmade Florentine tiles, an antique well and age-old farm tools displayed along pathways lined with typical Tuscan flowers. There is a small football field, a tennis court.
The owners live on the premises ensuring total care for any need.

TERRA for 4 guests
This is a two level apartment, on the ground floor there is a large living room, kitchen with dining table and fireplace. A flight of stairs in the typical grey pietraserena stone leads to the the bedrooms area where there are two double bedrooms. One of the rooms has a private terrace and each room has a bathroom with shower. From both bedrooms of the Terrasole apartment, guests may enjoy a wonderful view over the Chianti hills.
GORGO for 4+2 pers
A two level apartment, composed by a large living room with double sofa-bed , kitchen with dining table and corner fireplace on the ground floor. Climbing the internal staircase you reach the first floor. There are two double bedrooms. One of the rooms has a private terrace and each room has a bathroom with shower. From both bedrooms guests may enjoy a wonderful view of the swimming pool and over the Chianti hills..
FALCHI for 4 pers
This Apartment is located on the first floor of the old master farmstead climbing an old staircase made of pietra serena stone. It is composed of a living room, kitchen with dining table and fireplace. On the same floor are two double bedrooms and each room has a bathroom with shower. From both rooms of the apartment, guests may enjoy a wonderful view of the body of the village and of the master's house façade
NAPPA for 2+2 pers
Small, cosy and romantic apartment located on the ground floor of the old master farmstead. Nappa apartment is composed by a living room with sofa-bed, kitchen with dining table and fireplace. Climbing two steps you reach the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. From both the living area and the bedroom, guests may enjoy a wonderful view of the swimming pool.
ALBA for 2+2 pers
This apartment is located inside the old grange, with a large typical Tuscan living room on the ground floor and an unusual oriental style bedroom with parquet flooring placed on an intermediate level. The living area of the Alba apartment is composed by a large living room with dining room and kitchen, stone fireplace and queen-sized sofa-bed. A beautiful wrought-iron staircase with crystal steps leads to the intermediate floor with the huge bed, a unique piece made of briar-root. The bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor.
TRAMONTO for 2+2 pers
The Tramonto apartment, the most secluded and romantic, is located inside the old grange. This is a two level apartment composed by a living room with sofa-bed, kitchen with dining table and fireplace on the ground floor. Climbing the internal staircase made of serena stone you reach the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. From the terrace of the Tramonto apartment, guests may enjoy a wonderful view of the Chianti hills.
