This is a group of 3 apartments located along the River Arno in the Historical center of Florence
The 'Oltrarno' quarter is only a few minutes walk to the main attractions such as Galleria degli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Boboli Gardens and the elegant shopping streets. The area is well know for its rich antique and artisans stores as well as open air markets and great 'trattorie' (restaurants) where to taste the great Florentine cuisine.
The apartments can be rented individually (2-3 guests) or together (up to 8-12 guests) to serve a large group and are ideally located for those seeking to solve parking issue in Florence.
The apartments are on the 3rd and 4th floor without elevator.
Apartment BELLOSGUARDO - Sleeps 2+1 guests
The one bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor (attic) without elevator. Its has small terraces from the living room and on the roof (spiral staircase).
Coming into the apartment there is a living room with kitchen corner (fully organized with 2 gas rings, microwave oven), a sofa bed for 1 person, table, chairs, TV, and French doors that open onto a charming small Balcony. From the living troom a spiral staircase leads to the upper floor and the roof terrace. There is one bedroom with queen bed, armoir and one bathroom with shower. A/C Independent Heating, TV SAT, Washing machine. Hair dryer. Internet can be requested..
Apartment SAN FREDIANO - Sleeps 4 + 2
The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator. There is a living room with kitchen-eating corner that opens thru French doors to a small balcony with is a table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is well organized with 4 gas flames, microwave oven, refrigerator and washing machine
The living area has a sofa bed suitable for 2 guests, a staircase leads to the open gallery with 2 single beds (protected by curtains), armoir. There is one bedroom with poster bed (king) and there are 2 bathrooms with shower.
Independent Heating, TV SAT, Washing machine. Hair dryer. Internet can be requested.
There is no A/C in this apartment
Apartment CESTELLO - Sleeps 3
The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator on the same floor as apartment San Frediano.
The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, eating corner with a small table. From the living area, there is a small balcony that overlooks the Arno River. There is small kitchenette with 2 electric plates, microwave oven, refrigerator.
There is an open gallery with a single bed and a bedroom with two twin beds or queen bed. There is one bathroom with shower.
Independent Heating, TV SAT, Washing machine. Hair dryer. Internet can be requested.
There is no A/C in this apartment.
