 The apartment is located in a quiet area just off one of the roads that lead to Piazzale Michelangelo.
It is close to the city center, which can be reached with an easy walk or by public transportation. The building is part of the ancient walls of Florence and has been recently renovated. It is decorated with charm and has a beautiful small garden for outdoor relaxation.
The ground floor opens to the living room and it has sofa bed, armchairs, TV-DVD and a cosy fireplace. The French windows open to a small shady garden with rattan corner and a gazebo with table for 6 and comfortable chairs to enjoy a glass of wine or dinner. Washer and dryer are located under the terrace.
The Kitchen also opens to the garden and it is equipped with all modern amenities (4 flames, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher)
There is a small powder room.

On the first floor there is one bedroom with king poster bed. There is one bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is slightly smaller with queen bed that can be turned into twins. There is a small balcony that enjoys a beautiful view of the Cathedral with 2 chairs and a small table.
The third room with king bed with possibility to separate beds into twin and private bathroom with shower
There is A/C in the bedrooms. Mosquito nets at the windows.
