The property is an old farmhouse immersed in the Tuscan landscape with vineyards and olive groves that extend as far as one can see. Surrounded by pine trees, the garden is furnished with tables, chairs and a barbecue, a wide and sunny swimming pool with a view on the hills. The nearest village is only 1 mile away and has grocery stores and a few excellent restaurants. Certaldo, a bigger village, is 3 miles away. It is midway to Florence and Siena. Gourmets will enjoy the excellent restaurants in the area that offer the best of typical Tuscan cuisine, as well as the surrounding farms where it is possible to taste the specialities of Tuscany.
The farmhouse is divided into small apartments for 2 guests or for 4 guests and have been refurbished following the typical architectural Tuscan style with terracotta floors, brick arches, etc.. The apartments are furnished with contemporary furniture but with a lot attention for modern details. Living rooms have Satellite TV, a kitchen with refrigerator, freezer and oven. There are some romantic poster beds in the bedrooms and all bathrooms have shower.
In the property there is also a common living room with fireplace and laundry room.
